Welcome to Hacienda el Encinar. Our story begins with cattle raising, crop cultivation and the everyday work of the farm.
Through Mamrre Group, we are building our next chapter in Colombian red habanero sourcing and demand-led growing programs.
OUR ROOTS & OUR NEXT CHAPTER
Mamrre Group is our commercial brand. Our local agricultural business operates under David Franco Salazar, a sole proprietor.
We currently raise cattle and have also worked in crop cultivation. Our experience comes from managing the land and its everyday agricultural operations.
Our farm has water-pumping systems and agricultural machinery, including tractors, with approximately 640,000 m² available for future planting.
We aim to develop large-scale industrial chili production, starting with red habanero. Planting programs will be planned around customer demand and agreed commercial terms.
Today, we can coordinate sourcing from a grower’s established crops on land leased at Hacienda el Encinar and processing through an FDA-registered food facility. Buyers can begin with samples and small trial orders while exploring future contract-growing programs.
